Hello CCTO Clinical Staff,
Our 800 Welch and 875 Blake Wilbur Monitoring Rooms (FC163 and CC2108) have seen an extremely busy end-of-year and are already quickly filling up in January and February 2019.
This said, there have been instances where FC163 is completely booked per the calendar, yet the room/workstations themselves are not full when the admin team members check downstairs. The admin team has noticed a half-empty room a few times last week when the room was supposed to be completely full, and this week there are similar patterns.
We are forced to turn away monitoring requests due to all workstations being full, and it’s quite unfortunate when a monitor doesn’t show up and the admin team doesn’t know about it, as we could possibly have accommodated different monitor.
Action Request: Always let the admin team know by emailing monitor_reservations@stanford.edu if your monitor cancels and/or is a no-show the day(s) of the visit.
This action request is incredibly important! We have very limited space with a lot of monitoring visits to accommodate, and your help with letting the admin team know about cancellations/no-shows will allow us to utilize the workstations to greater capacity.
Thank you for your help is keeping the admin team informed about cancellations/no-shows! If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, please email ccto-admin@stanford.edu.
