Hi all, with the taco trunk event coming up on Friday, May 24, the admin team would like to reach out and request your help! We will need a few volunteers to help us set up/ break down the event. Please review the timeline and let us know by Monday, May 20, 2019, if you can help out.
EVENT SETUP 11am
- Volunteers needed: 3-5
- Setup tables and tents
- Prep tables with plates, cups, utensils, napkins, etc.
GAMES SETUP Between 11am and 11:15am
- Volunteers needed: 3-4
- Setup badminton net and bean bag toss in the lawn
EVENT TEARDOWN 1:30pm
- Volunteers needed: 3-5
- Teardown tables and tents
- Put away plates, utensils, napkins, etc.
GAMES TEARDOWN 1:30pm
- Volunteers needed: 2
- Teardown badminton net and bean bag toss in the lawn
