Happy Autumnal Equinox! It is time to start planning for our winter CCTO group gathering. In the past, this gathering was held in December – this year, we will hold it a bit later to be inclusive of the many holidays celebrated by our team members. Save the date for our Flu Shot Clinic
When? October 24, 2017, 9AM – 1PM.
Where? 800 Welch Road FC180.
Getting Vaccinated is as Easy as 1-2-3!
- Go to http://flu.stanford.edu, then “Required Forms for Vaccination”
- Read the 2017 CDC Vaccine Information Sheet and sign the flu consent form.
- Bring this completed form to the Flu Shot Clinic
Don’t forget to do the following:
- Bring your Stanford University ID and completed Flu Consent Form.
- Wear a short-sleeved shirt if possible
- No vaccinations will be provided to children
- Spouse/domestic partners of staff must be accompanied by the staff member
Do you have a Plantronics headset that you don’t use?
If so, the admin team would love to retrieve it from you!
If you no longer want and/or do not use your Plantronics phone/computer headset, please contact Amanda Sullivan at firstname.lastname@example.org or ext. 14086 and she will come pick up the headset from your desk whenever is most convenient for you.
