With the return to an in-person college experience comes an opportunity to rebuild community and reshape and re-engage in the making of campus life.

These mini-grants were established to foster staff members’ creative ideas for new, exciting, and/or meaningful ways to gather, interact, and bring liveliness to campus spaces, thereby contributing to that shaping.

We encourage any benefits-eligible staff with such ideas and the motivation to make them happen to apply!

Staff can request up to $2,000 to host their on-campus event for the broader Stanford staff community. Funding can be used for things like Event Services, vendor invoices, food, and rentals. Full details can be found here. Applications will be open throughout the year during select periods.
