

Yvonne Del Bosque
The CCTO welcomes Yvonne Del Bosque, our new Clinical Research Quality Monitor. Yvonne graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Arts (emphasis in Health Education). Prior to joining the CCTO, Yvonne was previously employed by the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (UNM HSC), School of Medicine, Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) as the Education & Outreach Manager / Human Protection Specialist. Her position encompassed working in many areas of human subjects’ research, including providing training for the UNM HSC research community (physicians, nurses, study coordinators, regulatory coordinators, medical and nursing residents, etc.) as well as onboarding new volunteers to the IRB, providing ongoing training to IRB members and HRPP staff, chairing and moderating the annual HRPP Research Conference, ensuring compliance by the UNM HSC research staff, taking consultations with UNM HSC research staff regarding federal regulations (NIH, FDA, CFR, HHS) compliance, among other things. Yvonne is looking forward to expanding her skills as a Quality Monitor. She has significant experience as a professional clinical research monitor working in the private sector (pharmaceutical industry) and wants to learn different aspects of clinical research. She brings a unique set of skills and over 20 years’ experience to Stanford University. Yvonne is very excited to be working with the staff at CCTO and feels that the cancer research being conducted at Stanford is so important. She is over the moon to be a small part of it!
