

The CCTO welcomes back Kumari Khushboo, our new CRCA with Cutaneous Lymphoma. Kumari graduated from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, India with an M.D. degree. Prior to joining the CCTO, Kumari was a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate here at Stanford. She is looking forward to using her expertise from the clinical side and contributing and excelling in the field of clinical trials. Kumari was awarded at the National level at MICROCON 2016 for “A case report of diphtheria in a partially immunized child in a tertiary care hospital.” In addition she was awarded by ICMR(2007) for the study “Role of arterial blood gas analysis in the management of Stridor.” Please help us welcome Kumari!

The CCTO welcomes Samya Konda, our new CRCA with Gyn Onc. Samya graduated from UCLA with a major in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. Prior to joining the CCTO she worked as a Lab Assistant in UCLA Health for a translational immune cell research project, where she enjoyed meeting autoimmune patients and conducting benchwork research as well. Samya is most excited to transition into clinical research, get to know her amazing colleagues and supervisors at Stanford, be part of a team that can help Gyn-Onc patients, and fully embrace the Stanford culture for everything it has to offer. In her free time, Samya likes to make soap, stay active and go thrifting. Please help us welcome Samya!

The CCTO welcomes Lisa Jerden, our new CRCA with Lymphoma. Lisa graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in Psychology. Prior to joining the CCTO, Lisa was doing emergency medicine clinical research at a Level I Trauma center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Before that, she worked as an Account Manager for a medical manufacturing company, Protolabs, Inc. She is looking forward to being involved in cancer research while being surrounded by the community and incredible opportunities at Stanford. Outside of work, she loves to ski, run, and travel! The CCTO welcomes Steven Lai, our new CRCA with Head & Neck. Steven graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Psychology. Prior to joining the CCTO, Steven was a Clinical Research Coordinator at the VA Palo Alto at the Yoon Schizophrenia Research Lab where he coordinated and conducted data analysis on PET/MRI brain imaging studies. He is looking forward to being a part of Stanford’s amazing culture and contributing to potentially life-changing research. Favorite things that Steven is following right now are the NBA and Formula 1! He is also a huge Star Wars fan and is super excited for Book of Boba Fett. Please help us welcome Steven!
