How to Display Your Name When Calling Into Zoom

September 23, 2021 - SCI Communications

You can fix that yourself for a lot of future meetings for others by adding your phone number through your Zoom account. Zoom will then recognize it when you join a meeting if you dialed-in and instead of displaying “wireless caller,” “guest” or your phone number, it will display your name that’s displayed in your account.

Instructions:

  • Sign in to the Zoom web portal
  • Profile
    • Personal
    • Under personal, look for Mobile
    • Add Phone Number
