Starting Monday, Feb. 8, 2021, you will see a different look for OrderIT when ordering IT services. The functionality of OrderIT will remain the same. This important upgrade improves the mobile experience and modernizes the look and feel of the platform.
What you need to know
The client portal will be down and unable to process orders from 6 p.m. Feb. 5 through 6 a.m. Feb. 8. If you have an urgent order request during this timeframe, please submit a Help request to the OrderIT team.
Any items left in your cart will be cleared during the system upgrade. Please complete any in-progress requests before 6 p.m. on Feb. 5.
All users will be logged out of OrderIT prior to upgrading the system. Once the upgrade is complete, you will be prompted to log in again as you normally would.
