While the following methods of communications can be used for logistical team communications, they ARE NOT secure for sending low-, moderate- and high-level risk data:
- Texting via personal mobile device
- Slack messaging

- Approved for all risk classified data for phone and messaging
- Spok Mobile
- HIPAA compliant secure two-way messages, including photos and videos
Whenever you are emailing risk classified data, be sure to send it with SECURE: in the subject line. More information can be found here.
