Dr. Minor, Dean of the School of Medicine, sent out an important message on Wednesday about fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. Most recently, deep inequalities in race have been brought front and center. At Stanford, inequalities based on gender have also been brought to the forefront. At the CCTO and more broadly at Stanford, it is an imperative that we have an environment that is equitable for all, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, nationality and abilities. We are all part of ensuring this culture as individuals and as a collective. Reporting mechanisms and resources are provided below.
