Label Your Saved Boxes at 800 Welch

December 5, 2019 - SCI Communications

If you’re saving boxes (flattened or not) in your cubical or office for a project or task, please LABEL them with a “do not throw out” note so that housekeeping doesn’t mistake it for recycling and remove it.

ABM, our 800 Welch housekeeping staff, have been reminded again not to remove boxes or anything else that may look like recycling from cubicles/offices. This said, labeling is an additional safety guard against accidental recycling.

If you notice any boxes in your cubical/office go missing, please let us know at ccto-admin@stanford.edu.

Thank you,

CCTO Admin Team
