CCTO Intake will lock request after final submission

April 25, 2019 - SCI Communications

Starting May 1, 2019, the Intake Coordinator and selected users will lock all incoming CCTO Intake Requests (http://med.stanford.edu/ccto/request.html).  The requestor will have read-only access after the record is locked.  This new process will prevent users from editing submitted information.  The practice of locking records will allow the service specialists to use a final datasets/information in their workflows.  A locked record will have a message at the top of the page alerting user (see image).

To unlock a record, contact ccto-intake@stanford.edu.

Thank you ,
