The annual School of Medicine Staff Appreciation BBQ is coming up on August 21 from 12-1:15pm at 1265 Welch Road, MSOB Courtyard. Most CCTO staff received the physical invite that has a ticket attached to it, however some staff didn’t receive one (new hires/transfers/temp-to-hires) due to becoming part of SOM after the invite print date.

If you DID NOT receive a SOM BBQ ticket and would like to/are able to go, please stop by my desk at 800 Welch Road, FC3C76, on Monday, August 20 to pick up a ticket. I have about 12 extra tickets I can provide to those who didn’t receive one.
