February 6, 2018 - SCI Communications

Clinical and Regulatory staff, please be aware: the NIH has issued version 5 of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) on January 25, 2018. Going forward, please cite CTCAE v5 rather than the older versions. The memo also states that affected protocols that are ongoing must be updated to CTCAE v5.
