Eliminating Copy/Print Codes for the CCTO

February 28, 2018 - SCI Communications

We are pleased to announce that beginning on Monday, March 5, 2018, the CCTO will be eliminating the need for copy/print codes on all of our Xerox printers. This should greatly ease many of the ongoing print problems we have had, particularly from EPIC.

What This Means:

  1. There is nothing you need to do on your end.
  2. You will no longer need to type in your code when making copies/scans on the machine.
  3. You will no longer receive error printouts saying you have an invalid accounting ID.
  4. For those of you with Macs: You can now print from EPIC to the Xerox machines!

We have already tested the process, so we do not anticipate any problems with this change.

If anyone is having printing issues Monday March 5, or shortly after we make this change, please contact Brittany Johnson and let her know the issue you are having.
