We are pleased to announce that beginning on Monday, March 5, 2018, the CCTO will be eliminating the need for copy/print codes on all of our Xerox printers. This should greatly ease many of the ongoing print problems we have had, particularly from EPIC.
What This Means:
- There is nothing you need to do on your end.
- You will no longer need to type in your code when making copies/scans on the machine.
- You will no longer receive error printouts saying you have an invalid accounting ID.
- For those of you with Macs: You can now print from EPIC to the Xerox machines!
We have already tested the process, so we do not anticipate any problems with this change.
