This is a periodic reminder that all CCTO non-exempt staff must accurately report all hours worked, including overtime hours and any leave taken. While Stanford policy provides that overtime work requires advance approval by your supervisor, you must be paid for all overtime worked, even if the hours were not approved in advance. See Administrative Guide Memo 2.1.5.4.
